At Southern Utah Floral, your satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in designing and delivering each arrangement. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Requesting a Refund
Refunds or replacements must be requested within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us by phone at 435-272-5008 or email us at southernutahfloral@gmail.com with your order details. We may ask for a photo of the arrangement to better understand the issue.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following situations:
Flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or not as described.
The incorrect arrangement was delivered.
Delivery was not completed due to our error.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The recipient was not available to accept the delivery and no safe place was available to leave the flowers.
The delivery address provided was incorrect.
Flowers were damaged after delivery due to recipient handling or care.
Substitutions
Due to seasonal and regional availability, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
In these cases, we will ensure that the overall design, quality, and value are maintained.
Substitutions do not qualify for a refund.
Resolution
When a refund request is approved, you may choose:
A full or partial refund to your original payment method.
A replacement arrangement of equal value.
Store credit toward a future purchase.
