Southern Utah Floral provides fresh flower arrangements, plants, and related gifts, with delivery services in Washington, Ivins, Santa Clara, and surrounding areas.

Orders and Payment

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure timely delivery. We make every effort to maintain the style, theme, and color palette of the arrangement.

Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before [insert cutoff time].

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

Deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses are subject to each facility’s policies and hours of operation.

If the recipient is not available, our driver may leave the arrangement with a neighbor, at a safe location, or attempt redelivery.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

Refunds are not available once an order has been designed and out for delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
