At Southern Utah Floral, we are committed to delivering your flowers with care and reliability. Please review our delivery guidelines below.

Ivins, UT

Surrounding local areas

If you are unsure whether we deliver to a specific address, please contact us at 435-272-5008 before placing your order.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before [insert cutoff time – typically noon].

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery Times

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we do honor time-sensitive deliveries whenever possible (e.g., funeral services).

Business addresses are delivered during normal business hours.

Residential deliveries are typically made in the afternoon and early evening.

Hospitals, Funeral Homes, and Special Locations

Deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, schools, or other restricted facilities will follow the rules and policies of each location.

Please provide as much detail as possible (room numbers, service times, etc.) to ensure a smooth delivery.

Recipient Not Available

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, one of the following will occur:

The order may be left with a neighbor or at a safe location (e.g., porch, shaded entry).

A delivery notice will be left, and we will attempt to redeliver.

Substitutions

In rare cases, substitutions of flowers or containers may be necessary due to seasonal availability. We guarantee that substitutions will maintain the overall look, theme, and value of your arrangement.
